- FREE Inbound Text System
- Receive texts for FREE and have them stored in your own Inbox and have them forwarded onto your email address/s. See 'Receive Texts' tab for more information.
- Advanced Security Secure 128bit Encrypted Security
- All data stored, sent and received on our system is 128 bit Encrypted the same as banks use. For more information on all our security, please look at our SLA.
- Credit Notification Thresholds
- Receive Credit Warning messages by email or text at thresholds that suit your individual level of activity.

- Personalised Sender Name
- Send messages from the name of your company. The sender name can be changed for every message you send.
- Send Text to Mobiles & Landlines
- You can send texts to BT landlines but these need to be sent using a numeric Sender Name (e.g. your company phone number) and be sent between 8am and 10pm.
- Add Numbers Easily
- You can manually add numbers, cut and paste them from other programs (e.g. Excel, Word etc) or import an Excel or CSV file.
- Personalise Messages
- You can import up to 5 fields of custom information and mail merge these into your text message to create unique personalised texts.
- Unlimited Groups
- You can create as many groups or campaigns of numbers as you like.
- Delivery Reporting
- You can track which messages have been delivered and which numbers are invalid or discontinued.
- Ported Number Tracking

If you wish to receive replies to your texts please see the next tab 'Receive Replies to Texts'. If however, you want to just receive texts then our Online Web SMS service includes:
- FREE Inbound Text System
- We provide you with a Free Keyword and Inbound number to help you receive texts or build a database of customer numbers. For example, if you were a Theatre you could print on your website and marketing material: "Text SHOW to 07786200350 to receive news, updates and special offers from The Show House."
- Email Notifications
- All incoming texts are immediately sent to your nominated email address/s, where they can be replied to back to the handset (as a text message) just like any other email.
- Inbox
- All incoming texts are stored in your Inbox which contains the sending mobile number, message and time and date of receipt. This can then all be exported to Excel.
- Auto Reply
- You can set an automated reply so that anybody who sends you automatically receives a message back.
- Forward Directly to Your Mobile
- In addition to having all messages forwarded to your email they can be immediately forwarded to your own mobile.
- Group Forwarding From Mobile
- Send messages from your own mobile directly to a pre-assigned group on your account.
Optional upgrades
- Short Code
- This includes all the features in the above section. However, people text your Keyword to 60777 instead of a long mobile number. Read more information about Short Code Services.
- Dedicated Inbound Number
- This includes all the features in the above section. However, people text your long number (e.g. 07786 xxx xxx) without the need for a Keyword. You receive all texts on this number. You can also set up as many Keywords on this number each being forwarded to different people with different auto-replies.
This is also used for '2 Way SMS' so people can reply to your texts. For more information, see the next tab 'Receive Replies to Texts'. Please see our prices for costs and ordering.
If you wish to receive replies to your texts then you can do this by either of the following 2 methods:
- Send As Your Mobile Number
- If you set your Sender Name as your own mobile number then the text will appear as if you have sent it from your own mobile. If the recipient then replies the message will automatically go back to your mobile phone. This is free.
- Dedicated Inbound Number
- With your own Dedicated Inbound Number you rent a normal mobile number (e.g. 07786 xxx xxx) from us. This then sits in your account on our system. Any texts you then want replies to you select this number as your Sender Name. All replies are then forwarded to your email address/s and stored in your Inbox.
