Reminded all our customers who forgot us we still existed and the response was more than we could hope for.We could not keep up with the deliveries .A valuable lesson learnt ,make sure we are fully staffed before we send out any more sms on the weekend !! I've just built a small webapp to monitor a number of websites my company have built and maintain. The original idea was for it to email if anything went down but as our email server was one of the things I wanted to monitor... you can see the problem!
